Summary
The Regiment was gathered and marched through Stormwind to set sail to SIlithus. The ship ride to Kalimdor was uneventful, with Gorshalech coming into view days before we reached our destination. Once we had reached our destination, and as we were preparing the landing boats, the ship was lurched back and forth multiple times before a kraken rose from the depths to attack us, nearly beaching itself to do so. The ship was no match for the kraken, quickly being torn apart by the beast. Orders were given to save as many supplies as possible.

Cannon fire was ordered as a last ditch effort to delay the kraken, and while it did significant damage the kraken continued attacking shortly after the timed cannon fire. A significant amount of damage was done to the kraken by the Regiment’s soldiers, but the beast did not stop its assault and instead managed to tear the ship in half, forcing us to abandon almost all our supplies and the ship as it was dragged to the sea in pieces. There were great efforts made by many, but those below deck, namely Corporal Silverblade, and Corporal Delany were severely injured as the ship was torn apart.

Soldiers were retrieved from the water quickly to save them from the undertow as the kraken pulled the pieces of the ship out to sea. We made it to the beach with the supplies we did manage to take with us, though several soldiers lost their armor, not having been in it at the time of the kraken’s attack, and most of our food, water and medical supplies were lost.

Summary
I gathered a contingent of soldiers to take them through a mountain pass and into the inner parts of Silithus in a scouting mission to see if the path would be a viable means of transporting large quantities of goods. Assessing for dangers was our primary goals with a secondary goal of finding any Azerite deposits and securing them.

Shortly into our trip through the mountain pass an ash storm kicked up, which was a significant hindrance with wind and ash slowing our journey. Sergeant Talbot and Private Chandler pointed out we were being watched, so I called for the men to draw arms. Shortly after, silithid dove down from the skies, attempting to carry away our soldiers. Each one was stopped swiftly by the soldiers they chose to attack, and the silithid were driven back by the rest of us.

We continued down the path to find refuge from the storm, eventually finding a small valley that protected us from the brunt of the ash storm. However, it wasn’t long before we were attacked again in the valley by a large sand wurm, the beast spitting acid everywhere and trying to crush people with its body, but it was quickly felled by the Regiment.

The path was followed quickly, making it to the other side of the mountain pass and to a large cliff side where we could see part of what they’re calling ‘The Wound’ in Silithus where Sargeras’ sword is planted in Azeroth. After some observation from the high ground, we were attacked again by more silithids, who attempted again to carry away soldiers but having no success. Several silithid were killed before the rest flew away into the ash storm.

We made it down to the wastes, where the land has been completely destroyed by the impact of Sargeras’ sword, though it was clear there were nexuses of magical energy rising up from The Wound and from various fissures in the ground. We made our way to one of the glowing fissures and found some small deposits of Azerite, though as we investigated the ground exploded with an injured Silithid Tank bug that had apparently just barely survived the impact of the sword. The injured tank bug attacked viciously and injured quite a few people in its initial attack, and then injured almost everyone as it unfolded its wings and took off into the air. It flew high into the air before flying towards the ground, slamming into the ground and injuring most of us once again, but then falling onto its back from there where Riona used some powder of Azerite in her gunpowder to deliver an explosive shot that finally killed the tank bug.

We attempted to make a portal back to base camp but two attempts were met with failure, the second nearly injuring the mages casting. It was decided that we would gather some azerite and head back on foot.

Disciplinary Concerns:
There were no disciplinary concerns. Each and every soldiers acted admirably.

Injuries:
Everyone suffered fairly extensive but minor injuries from various bug bites, slashes and shards of glass and rock kicked up by the silithid tank. There were no life threatening or crippling injuries.

Title: Sabotage
Author: Knight-Captain Roy Sebale
Date: March 14th

Attendance:
Sergeant Hugo Cornelius Renfield
Sergeant Araceia Lightsmyth
Corporal Connorsela Silverblade
Private Eriza Hart
Private Istins Chandler

Summary
At 2000 hours, Corporal Silverblade remarked that she saw a shadowy figure tip toeing around the medical tent, the figure looking suspiciously like a goblin. After investigation this goblin was found to have been placing explosives in the medical tent. This goblin was swiftly killed by Sergeant Renfield, but not before it activated its explosives. While this was happening, all other tents were placed under guard but several more goblins placing explosives were found.

Sergeant Renfield, Lightsmyth, and Private Istins were tasked with protecting the medical camp, while Private Hart and Corporal Silverblade were tasked with protecting the food stores. Both threats and explosives were quickly taken care of, with some extremely lucky bomb defusals from Private Hart. After a few patrolling men came to take over guard of the medical tent, Sergeant Lightsmyth and Private Chandler were quickly able to defeat a goblin sapper trying to destroy the war room location.

After investigating the bodies, the goblins were found to have been given high pay, but were not from the Steamwheedle Cartel. There was some thought of connection to the Confederacy, perhaps hired mercenaries from them. Keys were found on all the goblin corpses, and after investigation of how the goblins infiltrated the camp, several aquaticly-altered shredders were found under the water near the beach, with one final goblin attempting to get in one of the shredders to escape. This goblin was swiftly ended, but as the goblin died it armed explosives in all the shredders which destroyed all of the evidence. The shredder scraps were collected and are being utilized for armor repairs and to shore up the dock being constructed.

Summary
Several soldiers were gathered to more closely investigate Sargeras’ sword and to see if there were any viable locations to secure to farm Azerite in the future. We quickly formed up into columns and made our way through the mountain pass into Silithus. The closer we got to the sword, the more oppressive the air became with aberrant magics and the heat still lingering from the impact. The ground became covered in small Azerite crystals as we drew closer, the ground beneath the sword venting a vast amount of magical energy, almost as if bleeding from the planet itself.

As we continued approaching we noticed about thirty to forty men mining the sword and taking chunks of Sargeras’ sword to an altar of some kind. A robed man was at the altar, performing a ritual it seemed though it was hard to tell exactly what was going on from far away. At first it was thought they might be Dalaranian magi but this was quickly thrown out as an option as Knight-Lieutenant Sweete sensed heresy. As we continued observing, the ground started shaking as a massive amount of magical energy was being utilized by the men near the sword. Waves of void started rolling off the altar as the ground burst forth with magical energy and void tentacles.

No one was seriously injured by the geysers of magic or the void tendrils and a retreat was called to a safer distance. However, as we retreated the ritual seemed to reach its completion and devastating wave of void rolled out over the wastes. The magi and Knight-Lieutenant Sweete attempted to construct a protective barrier but the void wave destroyed all efforts and caused serious harm to all soldiers present, with the exception of Corporal Silverblade who managed to shield herself at the last moment.

After recovering from the void eruption we continued to retreat as we were not in a position to fight the men at the sword. As we continued retreating the robed man appeared from a void portal in front of us, wielding a sword that seemed to me to be a combination of Void, Corrupted Titan and Arcane magic. The sword radiated power and the man seemed crazed by that power, as is true with most void wielders. The man tried to talk us into joining him or letting him corrupt us with the Void, which was of course met with staunch denial. Sergeant Renfield was enraptured, however, by the sword and tried to get the man to reveal how the sword was made. The man only made the same offer to join him, which Sergeant Renfield refused.

At this point, Lord Marshal Montclair ordered us to charge, and several hits were landed on the enemy, knocking him to the ground. This was met with laughter on his part, the man claiming he was invincible and that he would come for us in time. He turned and created a void portal before jumping through and disappearing. We continued retreating from this point and returned to camp.

Disciplinary Concerns:
There were no disciplinary concerns. Each and every soldiers acted admirably.

Injuries:
Virtually every soldier present in the reconnaissance mission was injured in some manner by the void eruption, though no one sustained crippling or serious injury.

Light users were tasked with cleansing all soldiers of void.

Summary:
After receiving much needed support from the Night Elves, the camp had become more of a presence on the coast with the dock becoming workable for at least small boats. However, as we continued working the sky grew dark far before it should have and eventually the entire camp was surrounded by an impenetrable darkness. I sounded the call to arms and quickly called a defense to the main entrance to the encampment as many cultists had gathered there, brandishing daggers and similar weapons.

We could not see how many cultists there actually were because of the darkness, only fighting the cultists who decided to charge forward into our lines. Many cultists were swiftly cut down, but as we cut down cultists the darkness started enclosing on the camp, forcing us backward as more cultists sprung forth to attack us. The darkness was fought back by the combined efforts of Warden General Frostwind and Knight-Lieutenant Greystone, both displaying a great amount of power that forced the encroaching void back.

As the darkness was fought back, the man with the Titan sword appeared from the fog, all of his cultist followers dead by this point. The man introduced himself as Lucian Erebus and declared that he was the new Twilight Prophet, offering once again for us to join him. He claimed himself chosen by the Old Gods and powerful enough himself to be a god. He had apparently forged armor similar to his sword from the metal of Sargeras’ sword, utilizing the Void and Azerite to accomplish this.

Needless to say, we charged him immediately, but not before he used his sword to consume the souls of all the dead and dying cultists, unleashing a massive wave of Void that knocked out Lord-Marshal Montclair and did significant damage to many others. Lucian Erebus ended up taking many a hit but none that brought him down before he disappeared, our combined power far greater than his despite his Azerite infused sword and armor.

Disciplinary Concerns:
There were no disciplinary concerns. Each and every soldiers acted admirably.

Injuries:
Lord-Marshal Montclair was knocked unconscious due to his injuries, but was revived through the efforts of Private Hart.

Summary:
After the previous night and surviving the onslaught of cultists, a team of soldiers was gathered to attack the Twilight’s outposts dotted around their main encampment outside the temple city of Ahn’Qiraj. The most northern encampment was chosen to disallow the Twilight’s from projecting their forces as easily into Silithus. A contingent of elven and Stormwind forces were gathered and we set out.

The camp was found quickly as we passed through the mountain, the maps of the passes accurate from our scouts. We came upon the camp to its north in the mountains and were completely unnoticed by the cultists. Ranged fighters took up positions in the hills while the melee fighters entered the fray quickly to do as much damage as possible quickly to rout the enemy before they could fight back.

The tactic was successful as combined ranged and melee attacks took out many of the camp’s cultists. They didn’t recover from this initial shock and awe tactic until later on when their ogre leader rallied the remaining cultists. However, by this point it was too late and the remaining cultists and the ogre were taken down in short order, the cultists attempting to cast a large Void spell but failing as our ranged fighters took them out swiftly.

The camp was then completely burned down with explosives placed in key places like their outhouses and their elementium structures to destroy the rest of the camp. It was further discovered the camp was a place where they were creating cursed objects to distribute and wreak havoc on their enemies. Once we were at a safe distance the explosives were detonated, completely demolishing the encampment and all its supplies, the cursed objects all destroyed.

Disciplinary Concerns:
Private Carlyle did accept a pipe filled with various herbs from the Night Elves, which led to her being completely compromised and incoherent.

Injuries:
There were no injuries.

Summary:
A possible site of Azerite that was is, as of this report, still unclaimed was identified. To achieve our goal of a stable supply of Azerite from Silithus, we pursued this unclaimed deposit of Azerite. I gathered a force between our Regiment and Hundred Glaives soldiers to take on a mission to secure this site.

As we moved through the mountains a sandstorm picked up, and were it not for a few observant soldiers we might have been caught in an ambush of unbound earth elementals who reacted to our presence and immediately moved to attack. These elementals had Azerite crystals jutting out of their forms and attacked with great ferocity and power, each of their strikes threatening to bring a rock slide down on us. These elementals were fortunately dispatched quickly.

We continued moving forward, expecting more elementals but seeing none. We eventually arrived to the field where enormous Azerite formations had been forced from the ground. We advanced to investigate but were attacked by a giant, 30 foot tall crystalline earth elemental with an enormous deposit of Azerite jutting out from its back. It crackled with lightning and sent huge chunks of earth flying at us, which mostly missed.

We engaged the elemental, but did little damage to it at first, many of our own instead taking heavy hits. The earth elemental charged up a large amount of energy from the Azerite and slammed its fists into the ground, opening fissures that vented power into the area and awoke several small, unstable Azerite elementals from other nearby crystal structures.

The fight turned in our favor as all of us received a significant boost in power due to the energy released from the Azerite. This power was used to great effect, with almost all the small elementals being destroyed and the large elemental damage to the point where it became unstable due to the power inside of it. A final blow to take it out before it exploded couldn’t be achieved and thus the elemental exploded with great force, injuring many. Most escaped the worst of the blast, fortunately.

Disciplinary Concerns:
There were no disciplinary concerns. Each and every soldiers acted admirably.

Injuries:
Many, many bruises, lacerations, fractures and other injuries were sustained but nothing crippling or long lasting.
