Hosting a contest can be both difficult and easy. The main notion it making it fun for everyone involved. The following requirements are needed in order to fully host a contest for this event.
All contests must have a purpose. The purpose is to have fun and be with in the festivities of the season.
You must state if there will be a prize or not. Unless stated elsewise, most will assume there is a prize.
If you have a prize, it must be either game related or able to be given through discord. I recommend it being based more for the game. Along with such, you MUST provide the prize to the winners one day after the announcements go up.
Appropriate contests only. Keep is clean.
You must include rules. All contests have a set of rules along with the deadlines. Ensure these are listed to prevent confusion and unfairness in the contest.
All contests will be judged by their peers. So, ensure to notion fairness and no voting for themselves. Through polls, is the method.
Be kind. Remember, these are supposed to be fun and not stressful. Don’t make it something overly ridiculous.
The contests must all follow the provided format below. If you desire graphics to be made, feel free to contact Kimberly Sweete via discord.
